1. Payment Terms
All online bookings are processed via a secure payment system.

2. Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, no refund will be issued.

3. Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given.

4. Service Area
We operate within the Dorset area, including Bournemouth and surrounding towns.
If you require services outside Dorset, please contact us to request a quotation before booking.

5. Access to Property
Customers must ensure clear and safe access to all gas appliances at the time of appointment. Failure to provide access may result in the appointment being treated as a late cancellation.
